Services
Global Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning solutions within Tooting and across the United Kingdom. The specific scope of work, duration, and frequency of the cleaning will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
Payments must be made via the agreed-upon methods (e.g., bank transfer, online payment, or cash) as specified during the booking process.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing. However, confirmed bookings will be honored at the original price agreed upon.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Client Obligations
The client must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
The client is responsible for providing a safe working environment for our staff.
If specific cleaning materials or equipment are required from the client, this must be arranged beforehand.
Liability and Insurance
Global Cleaning Services is fully insured for public liability.
While we take extreme care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear of items in the property.
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.
